Marcy’s family ushered in a new way to shop in America, Off-Price, with the Syms Corp stores, which became a great success nationwide. Due to her remarkable leadership abilities, Marcy became the youngest female President of a NYSE-listed company!

She consistently held herself and the company to excellent standards of respect for not only the consumers but the employees. Today, Marcy has spent her time working on the generous grants the Sy Syms Foundation has awarded and serves on multiple boards helping to bring about change.
